Iran’s Kim Kardashian Dilemma, Part 2

The conservative cleric Javar Shojooni, who was imprisoned under the Shah for his political activities and then rose to prominence under the Islamic Republic, recently told the journalist Masih Alinejad that the rotund bottoms of young Iranian women fire up the country's young men. Presumably the cleric believes that the offensive curves should be cloaked, to avoid creating disturbances among the male half of the population, who also presumably cannot refrain from such reactions.
