The Iranian currency fell to a record low today as anti-government protests continued to rage across the country.
The US dollar was selling for as much as 370,400 rials on Sunday afternoon, up from 367,000 on Friday, according to currency exchangers in Tehran.
The rial has lost about 14 percent of its value since nationwide protests erupted in response to the death in police custody of a 22-year-old Kurdish Iranian woman, Mahsa Amini, on September 16.
