Amir Kaabi, a 15-year-old from Shoush county in Khuzestan province, has been arrested by security forces, according to HRANA news agency.
The teenager was reportedly detained on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 and taken to an unknown location. So far the reasons for the arrest, the charges against Amir and his whereabouts now remain unknown.
The crackdown on the citizens of Khuzestan by the security forces of the Islamic Republic has intensified in recent days. Last week three Ahvazi Sunni activists were also arrested in the Malashieh area by the intelligence services.
