Pupils attend lessons in the ruins of a dilapidated school in the village of Talang. The school, in Iran’s Sistan and Baluchistan province, has been sold off to the private sector for investment. Builders have been brought in to begin renovations, making it extremely difficult for lessons to take place as normal. As the work reaches completion, teachers and students will be forced to find an alternative venue for their studies.
