Iran's parliament voted this week to pursue a ban on vasectomies, part of the regime's decision to, apparently, increase the country's birthrate by some measure of force. It is not clear whether the proposed ban would target doctors who perform the procedure, men who undergo it, or the women who suggested the idea in the first place.
