Air pollution continues to plague Iran, and it's not just people in the capital who are suffering. Karaj, the capital of Alborz Province, has also experienced dangerous levels of pollution in recent weeks. The problem is ongoing in many parts of Iran, but the unusually high levels dropped somewhat after a rainstorm moved through the province and Tehran over the weekend of November 19.
