Snow fell in Rasht, the capital of Gilan province, in the early hours of Tuesday, February 11— a rare experience for residents, who are more accustomed to rain. The rare snowfall immediately caused traffic problems and other inconveniences, but also inspired locals to go outside and enjoy the day.
