The public was treated to one of Iran's craft traditions in late June, as Saadabad Palace hosted an exhibition of traditional crafts, ceramics and textiles made by Baluchi children. The exhibition at the palace, which was once a home for Iran's royal family and has been a museum since the revolution, showcased embroidered masks, bracelets and textiles featuring traditional motifs and designs, most of them made by girls from the province of Sistan and Baluchistan. Some of the crafts were also for sale.
