Iranian authorities have arrested Maryam Abdi, a civil activist in Tehran, the Hamamihan newspaper reported Monday.
On the morning of Monday, October 23, according to the article, agents from the Ministry of Intelligence apprehended Abdi at her house and seized her electronic devices.
Abbas Abdi, a journalist and political activist, confirmed his daughter's arrest in an interview with the newspaper.
