News agencies affiliated with military and security institutions in Iran have released a video showing Majid Mousavi, Commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force, visiting one of the Islamic Republic's underground missile cities.

In addition to the video, the news outlet Entekhab published a written message from Mousavi, claiming that "unlike Iran, the enemy has been unable to replenish its ammunition during the ceasefire."

The message states: "During this ceasefire period, our speed in updating and reloading missile and drone launch platforms is even faster than it was before the war. We have intelligence that the enemy is incapable of creating such conditions for itself and is forced to have ammunition brought in from the other side of the world, drip by drip."

He further wrote: "They have lost this stage of the war as well. They have lost the Strait [of Hormuz], as well as Lebanon and the [broader] region."

This documentary footage and the message from the IRGC Aerospace Commander were released as Islamabad prepares to host the second round of peace talks.
