Municipal leaders in Tehran's 9th district have come up with a novel plan to encourage residents and workers to wear masks: painting garbage bins with brightly-coloured faces, that wear either masks or pained expressions. Coronavirus is still spreading in many cities in Iran and several provinces are on "red" alert.
