The Islamic Republic's authorities have canceled all flights across the country for another day.
Jafar Yazarlo, the spokesperson for Iran's Civil Aviation Organization, announced that to maintain flight safety and due to the regional situation, all flights nationwide have been suspended until 5:00 AM on Thursday.
According to IRNA, while announcing the news, he assured passengers that they should not worry about the cost of their tickets and that, if necessary, all ticket expenses would be refunded.
On Tuesday, the director of Imam Khomeini Airport in Tehran also announced that all flights to and from the airport had been canceled.
The flight cancellations in Iran are a result of the missile attack launched by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on Israel and the possibility of Israel retaliating with a military strike against the Islamic Republic.
