Israeli missile strikes on Monday morning damaged parts of Farabi Hospital in western Kermanshah, injuring patients, Fars news agency reported.
"Field investigation by Fars correspondent showed several parts of the hospital were damaged in the attack," Fars reported.
Several patients were wounded due to the hospital destruction.
Iranian forces fired another barrage of missiles at Israel as the sustained military confrontation escalates.

Multiple locations in central, south and east Tehran were hit by Israeli projectiles, with columns of smoke rising from many parts of the city.
Tasnim reported the air force area in east Tehran was struck.
Keshavarz Boulevard, Valiasr Street, Jannat Abad, Tehran Pars and Niavaran were among Tehran areas targeted.
Explosions were heard near Ferdowsi Square, Sepahbod Gharani Street, Taleghani junction, Palestine Square and the Sadeghiyeh and Chitgar neighborhoods.
